The upper part of the refrigerator is not sufficiently cold

Check that the temperature controller display shows the fan symbol and that the fans are actually running.
To Check this, place a hand or a sheet of paper against the top inner grille and check that that a flow of intake air is present.

Note: Ventilation inside the cabinetss makes it possible to decrease the temperature difference between the lower and upper part of the refrigerated compartment. For information regarding operation, consult the product instruction manual.
